In May, we continue to be held by collective care. By our bodies, our bonds, and the territories that defend life.

As part of the On The Right Track initiative, the Collective Care Working Group has boosted its regular meetings, strengthening a network of feminist alliances that prioritize care, the sustainability of life, and the collective defense of rights. With active participation from activists and human rights defenders across Latin America, these gatherings are becoming vital spaces for emotional and political resistance.
The group’s work centers on practices of collective care and networking, community care, and rapid response in times of crisis, in a global context marked by persistent anti-rights threats and backlash against feminist movements. Practical tools are being developed to fortify connections between movements and territories.
A major development is the creation of the Collective Care Oracle, a symbolic and practical tool that brings together collective wisdom to resist burnout, weave care strategies, and sustain struggles creatively and contextually. In parallel, a rapid response circuit is being designed to provide concrete support in urgent situations that impact activists, collectives, and organized communities.
With an eco-intersectional, intercultural and intergenerational perspective, this feminist group is reimagining care as a transformative political practice. Joy, ritual, and tenderness are embraced as common languages for mutual support in uncertain and challenging times.
These updates highlight a feminist political vision deeply rooted in territories. All resources, insights, and tools from the Collective Care Working Group will soon be available on the On The Right Track website, as well as on the TRACK activists' platform, as part of an open and collaborative feminist communication strategy.
